we have a minimum commitment in any of our programs of 3 months, this is for a few reasons one of them being we want you to achieve everything that you set out to achieve at the start of your journey. We are not a quick fix, a fad diet or a cheap option we are here to provide you with life changing results through teaching you and providing you with the tools you need to sustain your results long after you leave us. We feel 3 months is the minimum time that we can achieve this in, further to this we need commitment from you and if you are ready to commit for this time frame we know that you are serious about making some serious life changing results. You’ll receive all the high end benefits of 1-1 personal training just in a group environment and a more affordable price.

Program lengths and cost

The longer you commit the less you pay, payments are made monthly and will be discussed in full during your initial 1-1 consultation which you’ll book after you’ve filled out our application form. We will not discuss prices until you have been in and had your consultation. We feel very strongly  about providing you with the correct high-end service and making sure that we can help you before you start. below are the length of programs you are able to chose from:

✅ 3 months paid monthly or receive a 20% discount if paid in full

✅ 6 months paid monthly or receive a 20% discount if paid in full

✅ 12 months paid monthly or receive a 20% discount if paid in full

How your program works:

✅ You’ll train x4 times a week

✅ You’ll train in small groups of x6 people max

✅ Each session is 1 hour long

✅ Every session is programmed and fully coached

✅ You’ll get weekly coach check ins

✅ You’ll get to book at a time that suits you (see below timetable for sessions)

✅ Every week has a new goal and brand new sessions
